Crazy times. In the last few weeks, we have traveled the U.S. this last week we were in California. On Monday and Tuesday we went to Sea World in San Diego, went to one of the beaches there, and then went to a family reunion that was about an hour and a half away up in the mountains. We had a great time. We petted the sting rays , we got splashed by Shamu, we saw acrobats and dolphins, went on water rides and lost our keys in the sand at the beach. Then at the reunion we shot bow and arrows, swam and swam, climbed up a climbing wall, went on hikes, made crafts, played games until 2 am and got up to do it all over again. We had a great time.
Then we came back to Vegas just in time to go to Kindle's ward where he blessed his baby Chance, and to go to boulder City to see the fire works with a lot of my family.
One scare though, all the kids were playing, and then just as the fireworks started, we couldn't find Sawyer. We searched and searched for about 15 minutes and finally found him sitting with a little girl on someone elses blanket, not too far from us. . .When the fireworks started, he just sat down where he was and was meszmirized. I was scared to death, and what is funny, is the mother of the little girl knew that he was there, but was just going to wait until the fireworks were over to find out who he belonged to . She didn't tell anyone that he was there. All the while I was freaking out. But we found him in time to still enjoy the last of the show. . .Whew! Nothing like a scare like that to keep my on my toes.
